If you already have dBumper installed and just need to upgrade to the newest version, click the links below for the dBumper that is currently installed on your computer. You will just need to run the patch. If you need help call 1-800-633-3047.

How to run the updater.

The file that you download is a .ZIP file. You will need a program to unzip the file. If you do not have an unzipping program, you can download a free unzipping program from one of the following"

After you click "Extract" the following screen will open. Follow the instructions on the screen shot below.

You should now have a new folder on your desktop (screen shot below). Double-click the folder.

You will double-click on one of the files. The one you double-click on depends on whether you are updating the dBumper Server or the dBumper Standalone. (screen shots below)

A window similar to the following should appear. Click "Browse."

Click Browse

Locate the location of your dBumper installation. If you accepted the defaults when installing dBumper, your installation will be located at
"C:\Program Files\QualityClix\dBumperXXXXXXXX
where XXXXXXXX is either "Server" or "Standalone"

Locate dBumper

Click the "Update" button and you are done.
